Chatting with the Group

Few things in life are more invigorating than chatting with a group, and now Facebook has made that possible. With Group Chat, everyone in the group can join the discussion as if you’re all sitting in the same room. Nobody outside the group can “listen in” or intrude. To start chatting, head to the group’s page and click Chat with Group (right column). (If you don’t see the Chat with Group link, click Go Online to Chat first.) A small chat window pops up from the bottom of the screen. Type something to get the conversation rolling and press Enter. Assuming other group members are online, logged in to Facebook, and available to chat, a chat window appears on their screens, too, and they can join in the conversation.
